Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern your participation in R Circle.

The following participants are mentioned in the R Circle Program:

  • Yourself; an existing customer in any of our projects** (Referer)
  • The person you’ve referred for purchasing in any of our projects** (Referee)

To be eligible for a reward, you, as participant must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

  1. ** This offer is applicable to our projects specified on our website
  2. You need to inform your Relationship Manager before the walk-in of your Referral.
  3. Please note that all the payouts done will be RERA compliant.
  4. By taking part you agree:
    1. to comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws
    2. to send referral emails only to people that you know
    3. not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or spamming
  5. In the event that the Referrer and the Referee books a residential flat on the same day and / or the Referrer has not yet received possession of the flat booked by him, the reward will be released / awarded to both the Referrer and the Referee upon registration of the unit.
  6. It is the responsibility and obligation of the Referrer to ensure that the Referee mentions the name, phone number, details of booking done by the Referee in any of our projects**, in both the Enquiry Form at the reception and also in the Booking Application Form, so as to be eligible for the referral discount under R Circle prior to purchase.
  7. The referral discount cannot be combined with any other Internal discount unless specified by the salesperson in writing, under a given scheme that may be prevalent at the time of sale.
  8. In case of cancellation of flat/s by Referrer or Referee, as the case may be, the reward released/awarded both to the Referrer and Referee against such flat/s shall be adjusted / deducted from the advance paid by the Referrer or Referee, as the case may, in addition to any other deductions as may be applicable along with applicable taxes / levies etc.
  9. Channel Partners, Vendors and Employees of Runwal Group are not eligible to participate in R Circle.
  10. All applicable taxes/levies, etc. on the reward or any party thereof levied or imposed by any Government or anybody/staute etc. will be exclusively borne by the Referrer and/or the Referee only, as the case may be.
  11. R Circle Program at any time can be withdrawn / suspended / modified or cancelled either in full or in part by the promoters of this R Circle Program / Developer without giving any prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof and the same shall be binding Referee and Referrer.
  12. In case of any difference or dispute of any nature whatsoever, the decision of the promoters of this R Circle Program / Developer shall be final and binding on all the parties including the Referee and the Referrer.
  13. The R Circle Program shall exclusively be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.


The plans, specifications, images and other details herein are only indicative and subject to approval of the concerned authorities. The Group / Owner reserves the right to change any or all of these in the interest of the development, without prior notice or obligation. Artist’s impressions are used to illustrate amenities, specifications, images and other details and these may be applicable to select apartments only. Tolerance of +/- 3% is possible in the unit areas on account of design and construction variances. All brands stated are subject to final decision of the project architect. This printed material does not constitute an offer and/or contract of any type between the Group / Owner and the recipient. No booking or allotment shall be deemed to have been made on the basis of this printed material. Any Purchaser / Lessee of this development shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement for sale / lease entered into between the parties, and no details mentioned in this printed material shall in any way govern such transactions unless as may be otherwise expressly provided in the agreement for sale/lease by the Group / Owner. The Group / Owner does not warrant or assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained herein.
