society goes beyond just business. He has led from the front in social causes & has
significantly contributed in the fields of Education, Religion & helping people who

Mr. Runwal is the recipient of various awards; including the prestigious "Samaj
Ratna" award given at The Rashtrapati Bhavan by Her Highness President of India Smt.
Pratibhatai Patil on 10th July, 2012.

Mr. Subodh Runwal is the Managing Director of Runwal Group. A Harvard Business School Alumnus and MBA Graduate from North Eastern University, Boston, he began his innings with the development of R City, one of the best malls of the country. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, he brings on board his ‘Nothing is Impossible’ attitude, a unique vision and best management practices.
With his global outlook as well as a keen eye for detail, he is at the helm of a
large portfolio spanning across multiple asset classes such as Residential, Retail,
and Commercial. With a passion for offering international quality developments, he
has been instrumental in the design and development of the group’s large format
lifestyle townships in the MMR region. Under his leadership the group has witnessed
rapid expansion and exponential growth and today Runwal Group is amongst the top
developers of India.
He has represented the group in numerous industry forums and is also close to social
causes.
He is one of the promoters of SREF (Subhash Runwal Education Foundation), which
provides scholarships for higher education to the deserving and meritorious
students.
With a vast and diverse experience of over 3 decades, he handles the entire gamut of affordable housing portfolio at Runwal Group. A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, he has worked with organizations such as Omkar Realtors, Alkem Laboratories and Cadila Pharmaceuticals etc. With a keen eye for detail, he has been instrumental in the group’s sustained growth.
A seasoned real estate professional, she has worked with the top names of the industry such as Shapoorji Group, Oberoi Realty, Hirco & Mahindra Lifespaces over the past 22 years. Her hospitality/hotel management background enables her to manage the customer relationship portfolio efficiently along with the overall operations of Runwal Bliss.
With over 2 decades of work experience, he has worked with brands such as Oberoi Realty, Radius Developers, K. Raheja Corp and many more. He has in depth knowledge and vast exposure to domains such as corporate law, due diligence, litigation, negotiation, contracts, joint ventures and investment laws.
Backed by rich experience which spans a career of almost of 25 years, he has worked with leading real estate brands like Mahindra Lifespaces and Kalpataru. He has also worked with international design houses such as Arif & Bintoak and RMJM in Dubai, in addition to reputed Indian names like Pheroze Kudianavala Consultants. He has a keen eye for detail, great sense of design and aesthetics along with an excellent understanding of the business.
She has almost 3 decades of work experience in the human resources field. She has worked with brands like ATCO and Sheth Developers prior to joining Runwal Group. With deep understanding of business operations as well as soft aspects, she has been driving end to end HR functions for the group which includes recruitments, training & development, payroll and performance.
